Ingredient Combinations & Consumer Responsibility: Beverages may be customized by combining multiple ingredients, including caffeine, vitamins, supplements, and other additives. Combining certain ingredients may lead to unintended effects or interactions. The responsibility for ingredient selection and consumption rests with the consumer. We do not provide medical advice regarding ingredient interactions, potential stimulant effects, or nutritional intake.
Allergen Notice: Our beverages are made to order and may contain or come in contact with allergens, including eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. Cross-contamination may occur due to shared preparation areas, equipment, and utensils. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any drink is completely gluten-free, vegetarian, or free from allergens.
Nutritional Notice: Jukebox’s nutritional info is approximate estimated based on standard recipes and supplier data. Customization may change calorie, sugar, caffeine, and other values. 2,000 calories per day is used for general nutrition advice, but individual calorie needs may vary. For children ages 4 to 8 years, 1,200 to 1,400 calories per day is a general guideline, but their needs also vary.

By doing so, you agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Jukebox to the mobile phone number you provided when signing up. Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Use & Redemption – Jukebox gift cards can be redeemed only for food & beverage purchases at participating Jukebox locations. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable – Gift card purchases are final. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
No Expiration or Fees – Jukebox gift cards do not expire, and no service fees apply.
Customization & Balance – Gift card balances can be checked in-store or online.
Fraud & Misuse – Jukebox reserves the right to void any gift card suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms – Jukebox may modify these terms at any time. The most current terms will be available on our website.
